We have an exciting career opportunity available in our Waikato- Waiaraki Regional Office, Te Puni Kōkiri, Hamilton Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The opportunity The Administrator has the responsibility to provide administrative services to support the effective day to day operations of the office within their region.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with regional advisors, Tari Matua / National Office and a range of stakeholders
Work collaboratively with other Administrators and support kaimahi in providing a professional, seamless service to the office
Provide a high level of administrative support to the Regional Director and Team Leaders as required
Support the team with security management, emergency procedures and future focused planning.
The appointment range for this role is between $49,854 and $60,657 per annum and the salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills and experience. Ko wai koe | About you We are looking for an intelligent and innovative Kaihāpai | Administrator who has:
Demonstrated administrative support experience, with an ability to set priorities and self-manage work
A high level of proficiency with Microsoft packages especially outlook, word, excel, and power point and sound keyboard skills. Ideally you can type at a minimum of 75 words per minute
Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written and a demonstrated commitment to the provision of quality services
Demonstrated ability to work in and as a member of a team
Are comfortable working in a te ao Māori environment, and comfortable in situations where tikanga is observed.
