Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
The Intern will work with members of the operations and engineering teams to develop and refine our manufacturing processes, equipment, and products to result in the following:

Improved manufacturing processes and procedures.
Investigation and resolution of identified issues.
Improved documentation of Processes and Procedures.
Improved process flow, productivity, and quality.
New methods implemented to support new or changes to existing products.

Expected Intern Learning:

Exposure to manufacturing environments
- Work with automated and manual equipment.
- HVAC Manufacturing
- Root cause analysis.
- Project management.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:

Pursuing a degree in Engineering
Competent working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Basic CAD modeling experience with Solid Works a plus.
Previous internship experience in a manufacturing or operations function.
Strong attention to detail, verbal, and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn, demonstrated curiosity and a drive to excel.
Must enjoy being hands on.
