Key Role Details & Requirements
- Full time positions with a guaranteed minimum of 30 per week, however up to to 40 hours per week .
- The hourly rate for this role meets the wage threshold under AEWV category for Care Workforce.
- Hold L4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate or equivalent, or 3 years relevant experience
- Innate empathy and interpersonal skills with people in their latter years.
- The ability to provide compassionate and high-quality care.
- The ability to work independently.
- Effective written and oral communication.
