Head of Mathematics and Statistics

Wakatipu High School is well supported by our community which enables us to strategically staff numeracy support roles within the Mathematics and Statistics Learning Area, as well as provide a range of other supports.
The ability to teach Mathematics and or Statistics to NCEA Level 3 and Scholarship is preferred. Please state specialist subjects.
We value our Heads of Learning Area and support them to be great leaders through the resourcing of professional development and provision of non-contact time well above what is required in the STCA.
Wakatipu High School is a well-resourced, co-educational school with a growing roll of more than 1450 students, situated in Queenstown in the stunning Wakatipu Basin.
4 Management Units and 1 Middle Management Allowance.
Start date: 22 January 2025
Applications closing at midday on Monday 4 November with interviews to be held on Thursday 7 November.
