Pullman Auckland is looking for a passionate talker to join us as a Reservations Agent, in a large, busy 5-star hotel environment. You are a true reservations superstar with a natural ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time. You are a positive and a confident individual excited to work as part of a small reservations team of 4 people.

Job Description
LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?
As a Reservations Agent, your main responsibilities include:

Processing and inputting of hotel reservations into RESAWEB and Opera Software, with a focus on individual & group reservations
Quoting, Booking and Managing all group bookings in a timely manner
Managing and reviewing of all guest history – assist with merging guest profiles for FITs
Upselling during guest interactions.
Processing Weekly Commissions

Qualifications
REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you can confidently say yes to the below selection criteria:

Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated experience in client liaison
Confident with Microsoft Office, Opera and RESAWEB
A natural ability to manage conflicting deadlines and work well under pressure
The right to work in New Zealand
Fluent in English, excellent communication and a great phone manner.
Can work a minimum of 24 hours per week
