Global Car Pats Ltd. is an automotive industry. We are looking for 1 experienced sales Representative required immediately experienced in Automotive Industry is a must. You will be dealing with Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Peugeot etc.,

The Parts Specialist uses a software to identify and locate automotive products within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the online database, vendors, other dealerships, etc.).
Strong computer skills
Effective oral and written skills
good time management skills
Job Duties and Tasks Using software, the sales rep should be able to sell the parts [we can train you]
Complete the incoming auto parts request from customers through Capezi and Partstrader platforms [we can train you].
Receive telephone orders for parts.
Call and confirm the customer orders.
Prepare sales quotes and invoices.
Receive payment
Take inventory of stock.
Examine returned parts for defects and exchange defective parts or refund money.
Knowledgeable about the varieties of used auto parts market prices
Deal with the walk-in customers
Sales rep should be able to remove the parts from the vehicle if required.
From time to time, the sales rep may be required to do other general duties

2-3 years of relevant work experience in automotive industry is a must for this role
Expected start date for role: 16 September 2024
Expected salary: $25 - $35 per hour

Only New Zealand Citizens/ Residents/ Valid visa holders will be eligible for this role. We are not looking for applications from overseas. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
