You’ll be a key member of our retail team, embodying the spirit of Dyson through your enthusiasm for technology and dedication to providing top-tier customer service. You’ll bring a genuine interest in innovation and the ability to engage customers effectively, inspiring them with Dyson's revolutionary solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrive on time for every shift.
Check in and out of all relevant platforms.
Ensure all demonstration products are clean and functioning.
Meet individual sales targets.
Deliver excellent customer service, offering product information and styling assistance.
Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively.
Stay informed about current sales and promotions.
Educate consumers on key product features, showcasing what makes Dyson unique through live product demonstrations.
Collect meaningful customer feedback on products.

Location: Farmers Tauranga CBD
Hours Required:

Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Additional hours are available during peak holiday seasons, with potential opportunities to work with our other clients.
