- Operational experience with heavy machinery is an advantage but not essential
- Minimum NZ Class 2 Driver's license
- Mechanically minded, physically fit, drug-free and keen to learn
- Self-motivated, can work well in a team and unsupervised
- Drilling experience would be an advantage
