Dairy Supervisor – New World Wanaka An exciting opportunity now exists within our Supermarket operation for a full time Dairy Supervisor. New World Wanaka is 100% locally owned and located just a hop, skip and jump from Wanaka’s Lake edge right in the middle of town. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer service and who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, with high integrity, an eye for detail and a desire to learn while providing excellent customer service to our many locals and tourists. NZ Register Level 2 or 3 Qualification or at least one year of relevant supermarket experience.

A dedication to customer service excellence
Physically fit and healthy as some heavy lifting will be required
Familiar with standards, concepts, practices and procedures within a retail environment
Can think on our feet and be adaptable
Computer literacy MS Office, SAP, Outlook, etc.
Key tasks include:
Helping to plan and prepare team schedules and task allocation
Ensuring our customers receive prompt and quality customer service
Helping with stocktake and maintaining appropriate stock levels
Ensuring Dairy products are correctly priced and displayed
Rotating stock and checking dates daily
Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures are followed

This is a permanent full-time position reporting to the Chilled & Frozen Manager. Remuneration will be between $28.00 and $30.00 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Location: Wanaka, Otago. We are an Immigration Accredited employer. Applications close 1st November 2024.
