Job description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team in our Penrose Branch! Tasks and Responsibilities: • Maintain a high quality, customer-focused approach to the delivery of services. • Comfortable dealing with customers over the phone. • Process sales orders and quotes. • The ability to understand a wide range of technology products and discuss technical information to the customers. • Assisting customers with queries and providing information to solve problems.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following attributes: • Excellent in computer hardware and software knowledge (preferred but not essential) • Previous experience working in a phone-based customer service role is preferable. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders. • Weekend work might be required.
