We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and skilled customer service professional to join our Waihi clinic team on a full-time basis.

About the Job

As our clients' first point of contact, you will join a dedicated team that includes veterinarians, vet nurses, vet techs and customer services support, all committed to delivering a high standard of veterinary care.

Reporting to the Branch Manager your responsibilities will include:

Performing a variety of customer service tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing customer requests
Stock management - unpacking orders and restocking shelves
Retail Sales.

About you

If you thrive on challenges, have great initiative and outstanding organisation abilities, this is the job for you. While having a farming background and familiarity with large animal and equine products and services is beneficial, what’s more important is your:

Approachable, friendly, and caring manner
Ability to remain calm under pressure, effectively prioritise and juggle various responsibilities
Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
Willingness to learn.
