The opportunity…

Based on our Ngauranga site you will be responsible to manage your own ledger of our larger clients, the role is interesting and varied and includes Administration and Customer Service Support across the branch. This is a permanent full time position applicants will be either NZ Residents or Citizens.

Responsibilities include:

Daily ledger management
Monitoring customer accounts
Monthly reporting (internal and external)
Ensuring debt collection processes are followed
Revenue audits
Regular and ongoing client contact via phone and email
Support Operations Manager/Administration/CSR and wider team

What we are looking for…

To succeed in this role within our organisation, you must have previous experience in Credit Control with excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service.

You are highly motivated and results-oriented. In addition, you also have the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities effectively and professionally.

Proficient in the use of database systems
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Motivated self-starter
A 'can-do' attitude and a down-to-earth, flexible approach
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
High regard for Health & Safety standards
