Job Description:
As a Cook at SB&AG LIMITED, you will:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu.
Assist in planning and developing new recipes and menu items.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Monitor kitchen inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Manager.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least one year of relevant experience.
Practical cooking experience and demonstrated skills will be highly valued.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Compliance:
Must adhere to New Zealand food safety and hygiene standards.
Legal right to work in New Zealand.
