What we are offering
Turkuaz Cafe is an authentic Turkish restaurant in Whangarei. We offer our customers a great food experience in Turkish cuisine, 7 days a week, from 9 am to 9 pm. We will employ a cook to complete our hard-working team. You will be responsible for preparing, seasoning and cooking food, as well as maintaining high hygiene in the facility.
You would have
- At least 1 years' experience as a Cook, experience in Turkish cuisine is a must
- High standard of personal hygiene and presentation.
- Ability to work in a small, high paced and vast volume environment.
- Punctual, organised & capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
- Experience with health & safety laws and keeping records for quality control.
- Able to work holidays, evenings and weekends
- New Zealanders or with a visa allowing to work for us
What we are offering
- Full time permanent employment
- Minimum of 30 hours/week guaranteed (you will be rostered from 9 am to 9 pm)
- Pay rate: $27-$30/h depending on experience
- A friendly environment
