We are looking for a contracts Administrator who can effectively negotiate our contracts. The role requires you to have a good understanding of developing contracts and reviewing our existing contracts. It also requires you to have good communication skills and effective team management to enable you to effectively respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning the contracts . You will be responsible for managing the paperwork associated with the contracts. You will be working with other personnel and the director to make sure our goals are met. You will advise the director on matters that require attention and oversee the work done by supervisors and team leaders and report any variations to our work orders. You are required to prepare and review submissions and reports of the business.
We expect you to have at least a NZQF Diploma or three years of work experience . The minimum salary is $29.66 per hour and the maximum is $29.75 per hour and this is a full time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week
