Are you passionate about driving positive change in Māori Public Health? Hāpai Te Hauora is seeking a dynamic Communications Lead to manage our communications, marketing, and engagement efforts across a wide range of initiatives. Your role will be crucial in shaping how Hāpai Te Hauora is seen and heard locally, regionally and internationally. Please note, this role is fixed-term, full-time until June 30th 2025.
The Communications Lead will:
- Update, implement, and build out our communications strategy.
- Lead PR, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.
- Deliver high-impact press releases, articles, and digital content.
- Maintain strategic relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako (your skills & experience):
- Qualification in communications or marketing preferred.
- Previous experience in a communications role preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation-based communications.
- Strong understanding of Te Reo me ōna tikanga.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
