Coach Driver
The Opportunity;
We’re on the hunt for confident Coach Drivers to join our team based in Blenheim! With summer coming up, we’re expanding our team to meet our cruise and tour bus requirements.
We’re interested in having you on board if you have a Class 4 license (minimum) and great communication skills. You’d be an integral part of your community, and the tourism industry too!
First cruise day is the 31st August and then regular days are available from October through to April. Formally reporting through to Depot Manager, but on the ground to the Senior Driver.
There may be the opportunity to pick up extra work within our TCIS (Tours, Charters, Inter City, Sky Drive), Department too!

Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 2,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country.
We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public. You would be joining us at an exciting time in Ritchies’ history as we gear up to decarbonise our fleet and move to a more sustainable public transport model.

Your Skills;
- Great communicator and capable of delivering commentary
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kgs
- NZ Class 4 license (minimum)
- P endorsement
- Can operate manual transmission
