Clinical Nurse Specialist, Renal Pre-Dialysis
1.0 FTE – Pre-Dialysis Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Specialist who has a thorough understanding of Renal to join our Pre Dialysis Team!
We are the largest Renal Service in New Zealand and steadily growing, which means we need experienced renal nurses to meet our patient's needs. Working alongside other Pre-Dialysis CNS you will be managing your own case load of patients with chronic kidney disease; you will be responsible for their ongoing education and monitoring as well as supporting people to make decisions regarding dialysis - modality, and lifestyle changes.
You will need to demonstrate your ability to work towards and achieve deadlines while managing a varying workload. Adept at problem solving, you will demonstrate a flexible and innovative approach.

Essential:
- New Zealand Registered Nurse
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years recent Clinical experience in Renal Nursing
- Experience in case management
- Post Graduate Qualification – or prepared to undertake
