We are looking for a Casual Studio Operator to support our hard-working team in RNZ’s Wellington office. The role offers a variety of work that includes operating studio equipment, ingesting content for web, providing creative assistance to the overall production and presentation of radio and multimedia programmes.
Ōu Pūkenga - About You
To be successful in the role, you’ll have:
A background in audio, preferably with a proven track record as a Studio Operator in live radio and/or Audio Engineering
Flexibility to be available across a 24/7 operation including weekends and public holidays
Good understanding and skills in audio production
Competent IT skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work alone and as a collaborative team member
