Branch Manager - Napier

Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Branch Manager to head our Chesters Napier branch. This branch is a new addition to the Chesters group and plays an integral role in strengthening our offering in the Hawkes Bay region as well as aligning with our growth strategy. You may have previous experience as a Branch Manager, or you may have awesome industry or supplier experience and feel that you are up for the challenge of managing our new Napier branch.

Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom Centre remains a privately owned New Zealand company with over 50 years' experience in the New Zealand market. We have 23 branches and counting nationwide. Our growth has been the result of excellent plumbing supplies backed by our service and commitment to our large customer base of plumbers, gasfitters, builders, homemakers, and renovators.

First and foremost, we are looking for a hands-on grounded leader with experience leading and managing people. We are looking for someone with a great sense of humour and a natural relationship builder able to develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and the team. You will be well organised and strong in decision making and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This pivotal role will see you responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.

We are looking for someone passionate about the Plumbing and Bathroom industry and that has strong commercial acumen. To hit the ground running, you will ideally have at least 3- 5 years Plumbing industry experience and have established Plumbing industry connections.
