Job Description
As the Branch Administration Officer you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration, accounts and customer service support for the Auckland Wiri branch . This is a varied and interesting role where your responsibilities will include helping with:

The administration for deliveries including UGCs, credit notes, etc.
Reconciling driver run sheets
Checking UGC’s have been recorded and upload into VE and creating credit notes.
General reception duties
Writing up Cylinder Exchange Dockets for customers coming into branch to exchange cylinders.
Providing cover and support for the Branch Administration Officer as required.

This role is part time Monday to Friday , 4 hours per day - start time is 7am/8am.

Qualifications
As well as been a great team member who takes pride in their work, and has 'get up and go' you will have:

Previous experience in a Administration, Office Manager, Customer Service, Accounts or equivalent role
Proficient at using computer software including Word, Excel and Outlook
Accounts/finance skills including debtors, creditors, reconciliations, invoicing and month end processes
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent relationship management skills .
