Position Description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Mc Rae's team based in Whangarei, supporting various finance, administration, purchasing, stores, and customer services functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Finance Functions:

Timesheet entry
WIP (Work in Progress) reporting
Control coding to jobs and the GL (General Ledger)
Invoicing

Administration Functions:

Prepare job summary reports
Generate non-recoverable time reports
Support the quotation process (e.g., taking photos/notes, creating quotation documentation, maintaining quotation records/spreadsheet)
Create Work Packs, ensuring they contain all information collected during the quotation process

Purchasing, Stores & Customer Services Functions:

Interpret internal or external customer requests to create sales orders, pick and pack orders, and ensure appropriate delivery and transport
Generate quotes for sales orders and small service where required, in collaboration with the service team
Raise purchase orders against requisitions or requests
Control branch inwards goods process, including receipting
