You will be warm, attentive and passionate. Key job responsibilites
preparing, serving and selling cocktails, mixed drinks, bottled, canned and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a variety of coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos and other espresso-based beverages
cleaning and maintaining bar service areas, coffee-making areas and espresso machines
collecting payment for sales and operating cash registers
promoting services and products
washing glassware and arranging bottles and glasses
tapping kegs and attaching supply lines
replenishing drink dispensers, shelves and refrigerators
selling light snacks
selecting and grinding coffee
We host some of Aucklands biggest and best Saturday night music event's so late night work is required ( between 4AM - 5AM finish time if on a closing shift ) About 1-2 a month. Lead the team by example by running busy shifts and supporting the business in order to reach there goals We've got an awesome team at Wynyard Pavilion with a passion for developing leaders and promoting them within the ranks! Our entire management team has been promoted from within the business and we're super excited to be looking for our next future leaders for the business.
