Job Description
This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours per week Sunday to Thursday:
- Sunday and Monday 3pm - 12:30am
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3:30 pm - 12:30am
The Availability 2IC assists with presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. There are tight time frames to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.
In this role, you will work closely with the Availability Manager, you will support the management, coaching & development of the Fill team, and be responsible for stock availability, the execution of the Managers Trading Plan, & the Fill Teams. This role works evenings.
Our team works collaboratively to help each other reach goals, and everyone is encouraged to develop and grow within the business.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Drive and urgency
- The ability to interpret and execute plans
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership experience or attributes
