• Ensuring the availability of people, resources, systems, etc.

Requirements

• Work accurately and carefully. With an eye for detail, aimed at preventing (sloppy) mistakes and concentration to the exclusion of factors that would distract attention.
  
• Be able to adhere with care and attention to the rules and regulations regarding order and cleanliness and safety.
  
• Effectively set goals and priorities and identify the time, actions and resources required to achieve certain goals.
  
• Continuing to perform effectively under time pressure, in the face of setbacks, disappointment or counterplay.
  
• The willingness and ability to work with others towards a common goal.
  
• Being able to tackle the tasks, showing commitment and goodwill to achieve set goals, looking for (better) alternatives.
