Warehouse Manager
Location: Belfeld (Limburg)
In this role you will:
- Manage overall warehouse (4000 sqm) operations, processes and workflows
- Recruit and manage the warehouse team, ensuring smooth operations from day one
- Maintain warehouse documentation and conducting inventories
- Ensure accuracy of inventory levels
- Drive and maintain health and safety regulations (HSE) within the warehouse
- Collaborate with other departments within the company
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and processes
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- A strong sense of responsibility for the site and the team
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1)
- Willingness to travel (trainings in Poland)
- Educational attainment: VMBO/MAVO or higher
- Competitive salary depending on your experience
- A permanent contract with a probationary period of 2 months
- 26 vacation days
