You are the driving force behind achieving results for the customer in your new role as Team Leader at DHL Supply Chain. You will be the Team Leader for the customer Philips at our High Tech Campus in Beringe. With your extensive managerial experience in logistics, strong understanding of systems, and analytical skills, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators in Beringe. Your focus:
Coaching and Development:
- Providing personal coaching to team members and fostering their professional growth.
- Understanding individual ambitions and facilitating the development of team members.
Process Optimization:
- Analyzing and optimizing operational processes.
- Identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
Safety and Team Management:
- Ensuring a safe working environment.
- Conducting absence/reintegration, performance, and appraisal discussions.
- Additionally, you are communicatively strong to guide and coach your team.
We offer:
- Competitive gross monthly salary in CAO scale 8, between € 2.763,- and € 3.400,- with growth potential up to € 4.350,-.
- Working hours in two shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Shift allowance of 130% after 6:00 PM.
- 8% vacation allowance.
- Travel expense reimbursement of € 0,23 per kilometer.

Your Qualities:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Logistics Team Leader or a similar role.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Communicative and flexible.
- Open-minded with a forward-looking perspective.
