RA Teamleader Your role
As Regulatory Affairs Teamleader, you will be the driving force behind the leadership and development of our RA team. You will be responsible for the growth and development of this department and each individual team member. In doing so, you will work closely with the Director Regulatory Affairs & Clinical Affairs. You will ensure that the RA policy and goals are properly followed and implemented. Your knowledge is used to translate laws and regulations into clear procedures and requirements that are essential for our quality management system. In addition, you are responsible to plan and manage product registrations for new and existing products according to our business strategy. You will closely cooperate with the interface departments and advocate RA. Further you ensure that you are always up to date with the latest developments in legislation and standards within the medical device sector.
Your profile
You enjoy working in a growing international team, where you know how to motivate and inspire your colleagues. You communicate easily with various levels within the organization and do not hesitate to take decisions. You also ensure that these decisions are supported by the team and that together you go for the best result. You have a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills, are able to structure, sort and report. Do you have HBO level and at least 4 years of working experience in RA within the medical device industry? You are having first leadership experiences? Do you speak and write English fluently? Then you are a great addition to our team!
