For our client from the offshore wind energy sector we are looking for warehouse specialists (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Always follow the defined procedures and comply with the requirements to ensure full compliance with EHS (environment, health, and safety) practices.
Follow the defined procedures and comply with the requirements to improve accuracy, productivity, and performance of warehouse operations focused on customer satisfaction, including on-time delivery (reception, put away, storage, Kanban picking, kitting, packaging, manifesting, delivery, and reverse logistic to / from warehouse).
Handle properly all the warehouse processes to manage the materials and tools in the warehouse.
Physically receive the items that come from suppliers / forwarders and move them to stock locations, correctly managing stocking conditions, and knowing what is where (tools, electrical material, chemical's).
Execute picking, kitting, packaging, loading and shipment, to prepare the material orders necessary for the project's maintenance operations defined by the project team (operations and fulfillment) and make them available according to the project schedule.
Execute the mobilization, demobilization and sorting of tools, parts, and equipment in the warehouse during the rotation period, to facilitate efficient mobilization and demobilization load outs and deployments.
Align properly all the systems (ERP, Go Codes, …) with Physical state of the goods on hand to guarantee the accuracy between physical and computer stocks and the efficiency of cycle counting’s.
Communicate and share with the leadership team any observation of deviation of cost / efficiency or any potential improvement detected to increase productivity and decrease the cost of Supply Chain delivery.
In each functional area of the warehouse (receiving, storage, kitting, etc.), collaborate to ensure the correct monitoring and reporting of the “Safety”, “Quality”, “Delivery”, “Costs & People” indicators.
Contribute to projects and initiatives, in any training to develop employees or improvement action to achieve these objectives, develop team spirit or maximize workforce effectiveness.
Be a role model of collaboration and coordination with other functions and segments to maximize the value to ensure the development of a contemporary Supply Chain culture.
Collaborate with internal and external process stakeholders throughout document delivery and document presentation.
Specific professional skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Parts warehouse or logistics environment Ideally experienced as Warehouse associate for an offshore project
Proven ability to work with ERP (SAP, Oracle...), MRP, and Excel systems - at least 2 years of experience.
Forklift & Stacker License (at least 5 years of experience)
Good knowledge of the handling and logistics of Hazardous Products.
Very organized, rigorous, proactive, and oriented to maintain a high level of safety and quality in the warehouse.
Resilient and strong team spirit
Very good command of English (written and oral)
