Job Mission
About the Role:
The role is responsible for leveraging new and existing partnerships for Tibber. The successful candidate will project manage product integrations, the development of commercial strategies and facilitate communication between partners and internal teams. This role is essential to growing sales, enhancing customer experience and maintaining operational excellence for Tibber.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Growth & Marketing
Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets for the category
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that engage customers
Customer Journey & Experience
Implement initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction, focusing on the customer journey of hardware sales
Act as the point of contact for E-commerce and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Product Management & Process Improvement
Manage the development, integration and improvement of complex energy products like the Homevolt battery.
Stay updated on industry trends, integrating best practices into operations
Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with internal departments such as product, marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment on goals and processes
Host a seamless, well-documented flow of communication between internal teams and external partners
Demand Forecasting & Operations
Identify potential risks related to market changes or supplier challenges and develop contingency plans to address them
Create accurate demand forecasts for the category, working closely with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure stock availability
Quality Assurance
Ensure products in the category meet all regulatory standards and maintain high quality
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product integrity and oversee ongoing quality checks
️Ideal Profile
Proven experience in strategic partner management, sales growth, and customer journey development
Strong understanding of complex energy products, particularly home batteries, virtual power plants and dynamic tariffs
Experience in both B2C and B2B channels, ideally with e-commerce / online sales knowledge
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, working across departments such as product, marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain
Strong communication and marketing skills to drive growth and engage with both customers and partners effectively
strategic thinker with the ability to implement process improvements and stay ahead of industry trends
Ability to forecast demand and manage inventory to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulatory standards in relevant product categories
