Sales Representative

Job Mission

Your mission is clear: empower private customers in the Dutch market by providing expert guidance on batteries, including the Homevolt battery, and other tailored solutions that fit Tibber’s customers perfectly. You will play a key role in the sales journey, ensuring excellent service and delivering energy solutions smoothly.

Responsibilities

Engage & Convert: Proactively reach out to new and returning customers via email and phone, focusing on existing leads.

Product Expertise: Present Homevolt products confidently, clearly showcasing their benefits.

Customer Guidance: Lead customers through the sales process, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience.

Specialized Support: Provide specialized customer service for battery products post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Event Promotion: Promote our battery solutions at events and other lead-generating activities, expanding brand awareness.

Team Contribution: Support Tibber’s growth and actively collaborate with your sales team.

Continuous Improvement: Always look for ways to refine the sales process and better meet customer needs.

️Ideal Profile

Proven Track Record in Solar and Battery Sales: You have successfully sold solar, battery, or similar solutions, especially in B2C settings.

Ability to Explain Complex Products: You can articulate technical details in a simple way that highlights the benefits of energy solutions.

Quick-Thinking & Adaptable: You adapt quickly to different customer needs and situations.

Results-Driven: You focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong Communication Skills in Dutch and English: You are fluent in Dutch and English, ensuring clear communication with customers.
