Research on Sustainability Carbon Footprint per Square Meter

The mission of CRES (what stands for Corporate Real Estate Services) is to centrally manage the Group’s real estate interest, optimize its office portfolio, and its effective utilization, and provide services of high efficiency and quality to our business, all in alignment with the Capgemini brand.
Smart Office: One of the Digital projects for office utilization is the Smart Office solution. This project creates data on the building utilities and building usage. The challenge: Find out what the CO2 footprint is per square meter by using our sensor data and compare that to other solutions. What is the sustainability score if we combine two offices and consolidate one of them. Is our data sufficient to do this or do we need other data points? We need someone who can look into this complex subject. Write our story down and strengthen our statements.
The assignment is initiated by Global CRES and especially the Global Digital Workplace Team. Next to that, you will be working daily with the Dutch Smart Office Team based in Utrecht.
