As Quality Control Inspector, you will support the production of medical devices and perform product inspections to ensure that all finished products meet the set standards and requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that proper methods, standards, and specifications are being maintained.
You will work as a Quality Control Inspector in two shifts (06:00-15:00 and 15:00-24:00).
You will be part of the Quality Control Inspection team and report to the Team Leader Quality Control.
Main responsibilities
- Perform quality and process controls, inspections of finished products
- Administrative processing of the inspections
- Review and analyze test results and ensure that all finished products meet proper quality requirements
- Assist in investigating deviations and unspecified results
- Ensuring that work in the department is carried out in accordance with SOPs, relevant ISO/GMP and Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
- MBO level 3+
- Relevant quality control experience within a manufacturing environment; preferably in a 'clean room' environment
- Experience and knowledge of quality systems and standards in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of MS Office and Windows (SAP would be a bonus)
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
