QA Manager Biotech
As a Quality Assurance Manager you have the end responsbility for the quality assurance department of a medium sized biotech firm, specializing in development and production of novel therapeutics. You will lead a team of +/- 10 QA officers and support personnel, ensuring company compliance to the different quality rules and guidelines, among which Gx P and several ISO norms.
Most important in this position is your ability to bring your team together and to inspire a quality focused mindset from higher management to the working floor through excellent knowledge and communicative skills. In this position you will play a central role in lifting quality to a higher level, while also streamlining complaince to make it easier for laboratory and production personnel.

For this position we are looking for a competent Quality Manager with the following background:
- MSc background in Life Science, Pharma, Biomedical Sciences, Quality Management or similar (HBO with fitting experience in QA and leadership is also considered)
- 5+ years of experience as a QA officer, with extra management or leadership responsibilities
- Proven successful leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of GMP, ISO norms and experience in improving compliance to these standards
- Excellent people management and communicative skills
- High level of English, command of Dutch is considered a plus
