Production Planner
Introduction to the job
Do you get excited about taking ownership for the planning of a part of our factory in order to secure timely shipment of our most advanced lithography systems? Do you have an education in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration and good organizational and analytical skills? We might be looking for you!
Role and responsibilities
The Production Planning department within the EUV factory is responsible for the transformation of our Masterplan (MPS) into a feasible production plan for our modules and machines. Hereby, our department will ensure that all logistic requirements will be fulfilled in time and in the most cost efficient way.
As Production Planner you will be responsible for the planning, monitoring and forecasting of production tools to make sure the agreed production plan is realized with optimized stock levels. Besides, you will ensure the availability of the right tools for planned production activities and define the right number of tools the factory needs according to the production increase.
Furthermore, you will align facilities, cleanroom space, tooling and resource plan with capacity requirements and drive timely decision making for capacity extension. As Production Planner within tools’ scope, you will have knowledge about the critical tools that impact the normal production rhythm. Lastly, you will initiate and provide input to improve cycle times and delivery processes within the factory. All in all this is a great challenge for someone with a heart for Supply Chain and Production processes.
Education & Experience
For this position we are looking for someone with a Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
Additionally, we are looking for someone with experience in planning (preferably within a production environment), stakeholder management, driving change and knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
