Description:

Are you a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in sales support and customer service? Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) and kickstart your career by ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and delivery information.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor and track order status, providing updates to customers as needed.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with preparing and sending quotes to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Customer Service:

Address customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate team member when necessary.
Provide product information and support to customers.

General Administrative Tasks:

Perform data entry and maintain organized records.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate!
Familiarity with order processing and customer service is beneficial.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
Familiarity with SAP software for delivery processing is a plus, but we can train you.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
