Essential Job Functions

• Be the reliable contact person for our customers and the responsible sales representative in the fields of import, export, air and sea freight and contract logistics.
• Competently and carefully supervise, manage and organize activities and appointments, establish and maintain business relationships, take care of regular customers, new customer acquisition and ad hoc inquiries, and also handle various organizational activities.
• Coordinate communication with customers and with the various departments and branches of Crane Worldwide at home and abroad. Negotiate with partners and service providers with self-confidence and persuasiveness in order to achieve the best possible price offers in cooperation with the internal pricing team
• Communicate skillfully and present all aspects of our global range of services and product portfolio to customers. Take care of any customer complaints and complaints and are committed to clarifying and solving possible delivery difficulties or other problems as quickly as possible.
• Reliably and conscientiously compile the data for reporting and prepare it competently and properly for QBRs and KPI reports

Other Skills and Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to Crane Worldwide’s Senior Leadership and District Directors as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts and opportunities.

Education and Work Experience

• Minimum of three years of freight forwarding experience with extensive knowledge in the pricing of complete end to end solutions for commercial road freight/ocean freight for mainly FCL/ LCL / Ro Ro / Breakbulk.
• STC , Manager Haven Logistics or with proves experience.
