In this versatile HR role, you contribute to the operational performance of the organization by supporting managers with operational HR-related tasks. You provide your colleagues with necessary and relevant HR information. You process and follow up on absence and reintegration tasks and contribute to the implementation of the HR strategy. - A salary between €2,800 and €3,400 gross per month
- 30 vacation days per year based on a full-time position
- A good pension plan, with 50% of the pension premium paid by the employer

In this versatile HR role, you contribute to the operational performance of the organization by supporting managers with operational HR-related tasks. You provide your colleagues with necessary and relevant HR information. You process and follow up on absence and reintegration tasks and contribute to the implementation of the HR strategy. You coach managers on HR tools, processes, and policies.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Keeping payroll and personnel data up to date
- Checking attendance and leave
- Processing changes
- Supporting the inflow, throughflow, and outflow of colleagues, including all administrative tasks related to hiring and departure
- Explaining employment conditions and HR systems where necessary
- Finally, you are responsible for the entire payroll administration for the Netherlands, UK, and France (in collaboration with our partners abroad)
- A completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
- Work experience in HR in an international environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
