- Have experience in a similar role within the hotel or leisure industry.
- Possess excellent language and communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- Thrive under responsibility and handle stressful peak periods with ease.
- Demonstrate a flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- Are problem-solvers who enjoy taking on challenges.
- Managing the arrival and departure processes for all guests and other related tasks.
- Providing information in an enthusiastic and friendly manner to guests in person, on the phone, online, etc.
- Handling all administrative tasks.
- Spreading smiles and good vibes to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.
- Ensuring all telephone calls are answered quickly and efficiently.
- Managing in-house guest accounts and ensuring the accuracy of guest billing.
- Full-time employment.
- Salary in accordance with the hospitality employment conditions, appropriate to the position and experience.
- Working shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00.
