Executive Housekeeping Manager

As our Executive Housekeeping Manager, you will direct and control all housekeeping operations to ensure impeccable services for our guests.
Your role involves coordinating, guiding and leading the housekeeping team to inspect and ensure standards are met. You will ensure compliance with protocols. You will also be ready to step in and perform daily housekeeping duties when needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach and commitment to excellence.
The position
· Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest/resident satisfaction.
· Motivating, guiding, coaching, and training of the housekeeping team (on the job).
· Ensuring working standards and accurate procedures of housekeeping are followed.
· Directing all housekeeping activities.
· Working together with other departments and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
· Preparing management reports.

Your profile
· Completed higher education.
· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in management roles in housekeeping is essential.
· Flexible regarding working hours (evening, weekends and holidays).
· Proficient in English, Dutch and Papiamentu. Spanish is a plus.
· In possession of both a driver’s license and own transportation.
