Our hotel is perfectly located; next to the Central Station, Beatrix theater and the Jaarbeurs. Our guests can walk straight through the shopping center Hoog Catharijne into the city center. Our hotel is the largest hotel in Utrecht and we have a nice mix of business and leisure guests. During the week we welcome many conference-, meeting- and trade fair guests. In the weekend we mainly welcome guests who enjoy leisure activities. In short, every day is full of surprises. New colleagues are instantly welcomed into our team, and we have welcomed many colleagues from other NH hotels for the next step in their career. We often work together with our cluster hotel NH Centre Utrecht (Janskerkhof) and it could happen that you are also scheduled to work there occasionally. What will we offer you?
As Cook you work independently or in a team and you are responsible for the preparation of dishes according to NH recipes or according to your own recipes. In addition, you are responsible for planning your daily activities and ordering ingredients and other stock replenishments. You follow the health & safety regulations and are responsible for cleaning your own workstation. Are you stress resilient, and do you have relevant work experience?
