UV Smart Technologies BV is a rapidly growing supplier of medical disinfection equipment based in Rijswijk. As our back office employee, you are an optimistic go-getter. The "getting things done" mentality is what runs through your veins. You are customer focused, build trust easily through honest communication internally and externally and you are a team player who is solution driven. Every day is different, where on one day you may be dealing with a large shipment to the US, the next working day you may be working on a new process within the company or implementing new software. Working as a back office employee means you will have a dynamic and varied job. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and have the opportunity to learn a lot about how organizations operates. In addition, you will have the opportunity to further develop your organizational skills and grow in your role within UV Smart.

You will do this by supporting the Head of Operations in;

Sales and customer support

• Processing incoming orders;
• Provide support to the sales department
• Helping customers with questions and feedback about our products;
• Interact with various departments and colleagues to best serve customers.

Supply chain

• Manage worldwide transportation and logistics for both sold and demo devices;
• Preparation and dispatch of correct export documentation;
• Monitor logistics and troubleshoot problems during transportation.

Process improvements

• Actively seek ways to improve business processes;
• Participate in various internal projects for efficiency gains;
• Contributing to global expansion;

Knowledge & Experience:

• 2 years of experience in similar back office or sales support position;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written;
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Exact Online is an advantage);
Knowledge of export processes and operations

So what does UV Smart offer you?
An exciting role, within a growing company, plus:

• A one-year contract, with the intention to extend (as this is a permanent position).
• A gross yearly salary between EUR 40,000 - 50,000, based on your experience.
• Holiday pay (8% of the gross salary).
• Attractive pension plan: 100% contribution by UV Smart (12% of your yearly salary).
