Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Welcome arriving guests at the airport and guide them to the correct buses.

Assist guests with information, fulfilling their needs and requests.
- Help clients with luggage when needed, especially elderly or those with small children.
- Prepare and distribute Welcome envelopes; schedule a welcome meeting.
- Contact customers via email or phone during their stay.

Adhere to employee handbook rules and guidelines.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- MAVO or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to speak English fluently, Spanish, and Papiamento.
- Able to work independently, pleasant personality, good communications skills
