Mission:

Profil:

• Monitor and assess team performance metrics, productivity levels, and workflow efficiency.
• Utilize performance-tracking tools and technologies to gather and analyze data on team effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team collaboration, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Provide technical support for performance enhancement tools, ensuring that teams have access to the best software and equipment.
• Conduct regular team assessments and training sessions to identify skills gaps and opportunities for development.
• Assist in optimizing project management processes, reducing bottlenecks, and improving team output.
• Collaborate with team leaders to set performance goals, track progress, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may affect team performance or hinder project delivery. Prepare detailed reports on team performance and suggest actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. #LI-SH1

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Computing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders.
• Proven experience in team performance management within the embedded systems or electronics industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data related to team productivity and project efficiency.
• Proficiency in performance-tracking tools and technologies relevant to embedded systems (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, JIRA).
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to team performance and project delivery.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing strategies to improve team collaboration and efficiency.
• Knowledge of embedded systems development methodologies (e.g., Agile, V-Model) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, technical environment.
