System Quality Engineer
· Issuance and control of all management system documents.
· Submitting / approving documents in the PDM and Confluence system on Document Management level.
· Inform owners and users of the documents in case of changes and new revisions.
· Control distribution of the documents in production.
· Control the documents according to the Document control procedures, regulate the creation, preparation, identification, review, approval, distribution, change, and storage of Gentherm’s Management Systems documents.
· Participation in preparation and during the customers and external system audits.
· Conducting internal audits of the quality system and participating in other types of internal audits (according to qualifications). Implementation in practice of the system of monitoring research in the field of standardization, certification and quality management.
· Perform Internal System audit according requirements of IATF 16949 ensuring its management system is effectively implemented and maintained, as well as, to contribute to the continuous improvement of the management system and its performance (intended outcome).
· Perform Process audits according requirements of VDA 6.3 ensuring its management system is effectively implemented and maintained, as well as, to contribute to the continuous improvement of the management system and its performance (intended outcome).
· Creating yearly audit plan, ensure that audit program is effectively implemented.
· Liaises with external auditors during the organization and conduct of external audits (according to qualifications).
· Implementation and training for others to completely use all system for managements system documents.
· Maintains the documentation of the quality management system in working condition and participates in the functioning of the processes "Documentation Management", "Corrective and Preventive Actions", "Internal Audits".
· Provides systematic monitoring and timely reporting to management on the results of internal audits and the state of the quality management system as a whole.
· Fulfillment of the additional tasks given by department manager.
· Compliance documentation of environmental management.
· Compliance and participation in the rules of the environmental management standard ISO 14005 and safety and health at work ISO 45001, as well as preparation of documentation required for audits and providing support during them.
То work actively on maintaining and improving the energy efficiency in the company and the requirements of the ISO 50001 standard.
