Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Dispatchers to handle sales inquiries, manage transportation scheduling, and coordinate client bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Manage booking requests and reservations for our luxury transportation services
- Coordinate dispatch operations, ensuring prompt and efficient service for all client trips
- Work closely with chauffeurs and the fleet team to manage schedules and ensure availability
- Upsell services and packages to clients based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transportation logistics
- Troubleshoot any service issues and resolve client concerns in a proactive manner
- Provide support to the sales team by generating leads and assisting with follow-up
- Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable using booking and dispatch software
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary
