E-commerce management and sales position in Fashion
Online Fashion E-commerce site launched in the Morocco. Niche high fashion brands shopping club. We are hiring for E-commerce management job - Sales & Customer Service, Community management, Content creation, and Marketing You must have remote working experience, excellent sales and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form French, Arabic, and can work with owner in English. Manager needs to know about Italian and international brands and generally have a love for fashion and knows sizes. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to: Customer Service and Sales: Contacting clients from ads and social media leads. Respond to inquiries from existing clients Interact with customers by answering phone calls promptly, responding to Whatsapp and phone messages within mins with an hours (unless after late night) Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner with the primary goal of satisfying their needs and continuing to earn their business. Multitasking while working with customers and navigating our google sheets and G-drive work envoirment. Create Shipping demands in logistic backend, and follow up with coursier to ensure successful delivery to client (Payment on delivery) Online Inventory Management: Weekly submission of product orders on sheet to organize import ordering. Use time management skills to prioritize daily workload. Digital Marketing: Multimedia and Graphic Design skills. (Creating Photo and Video Content for Meta, Tiktok, Google platforms) Light Understanding of ads creation such as Campaigns, Ad sets, targets, Audiences, Scheduling Promotions. Creative Benchmarking from market leaders in producing ideas and professional finishing. Navigation of website admin backend to process orders and update banners and video and make site optimization, and SEO related posts and news. This is a managerial job position, which enables you to hire the needed assistance if volume or task load becomes an issue to preform daily and weekly agenda to scale. Qualifications: 2+ years in a customer service role Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal); Knowledge and application of high level of French and Arabic (Derija) grammar including composition, editing and proofreading skills. Must have worked in a remote role previously Superior Management and Customer Service skills A strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills Proficient Computer skills, content creation, and digital marketing Self-motivated leader, team player with a strong work ethic Job Type: Full-time Pay: 4000 dhs per month with sales bonuses Must have or obtain auto entrepreneur status (Company will budget for CNSS and taxes). Autonomous working and business motivated to produce high revenues and profits for company and yourself.
