Twily is looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to help improve our operations. In this role, you will focus on client onboarding, managing payment systems like Stripe and Pay Pal, and supporting product development. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding and Support:
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Provide help if clients face product issues.
Payment Gateway Management:
Manage communication with payment services (like Stripe and Pay Pal).
Resolve any payment-related issues.
Product Development:
Help define new products and set pricing.
Oversee product creation and delivery.
Data Analysis:
Track product performance using Excel.
Analyze data to improve efficiency.
Development Support:
Assist with internal tools and new features.
Work with the development team to improve operations.
Qualifications
Experience in operations or a related field, especially with payment systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with programming languages (like Python or Java Script) is a bonus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a startup environment.
Knowledge of data analysis tools or project management software.
Educational background: Bac+2 or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Computer Science.
