We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Business Partner to manage our outbound sales team at our operational call center in Tangier, Morocco. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Dutch and French, with extensive experience in call center operations, particularly in inbound/outbound sales. This role requires a highly effective people manager capable of building, motivating, and retaining a strong sales team. The candidate will be the key liaison between our clients, the call center team, and our internal management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management: - Lead and manage the outbound sales team, ensuring high performance and low attrition rates. - Conduct job interviews and assess new candidates to ensure they meet the team's needs and have the potential for future success. - Build a motivated team environment and foster a culture of success, teamwork, and continuous improvement. - Implement active KPI management to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Client Interaction and Relationship Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, apart from the call agents. - Listen to client needs, ensure their requirements are met, and provide consistent updates on campaign progress. - Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of reports to clients in line with their expectations. 3. Operational Management: - Establish and monitor team KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Actively manage team performance, addressing gaps, and implementing strategies to drive improvements. - Resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively, acting as a communication champion for both clients and the internal team.
Profil Recherché
- Bilingual fluency in Dutch and French (both written and verbal).
- Extensive experience in call center management, particularly in an inbound/outbound sales environment.
- Proven track record as a people manager, with strong team-building and motivational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to 'read' individuals and predict their capabilities and future performance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
