As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and supporting our management team in maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
1. Office Management
Front Office Management:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and fully equipped with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, promotional materials, and office supplies).
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Office Supplies and Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and reordered in a timely manner.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for office supplies and services.
Maintain an organized inventory system for all office materials and equipment.
Facilities Management:

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including liaising with cleaning staff and
